Alexandra Kozlowski is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer (CPT), ISSA Certified Personal Trainer, NASM Certified Nutrition Coach (CNC), ISSA Certified Nutritionist, Strength & Conditioning Coach, USATF Level 1 Running Coach, and experienced online performance coach. She specializes in running, strength training, and whole-food nutrition, helping athletes and everyday movers improve performance, prevent injuries, and prioritize lifelong health.

A former Division 1 runner at North Carolina State University and currently pursuing her professional triathlon license, Alexandra combines elite athletic experience with evidence-based coaching strategies. She’s especially passionate about working with women navigating eating disorders, hormonal health challenges like amenorrhea, and those looking to rebuild a healthy, sustainable relationship with food, training, and performance.

Her mission is to help people run, lift, fuel, and live well for the rest of their lives — with a focus on longevity, body recomposition, and sustainable, strength-driven performance.

Outside of coaching, Alexandra is a full-time military spouse, proud dog mom, and lifelong athlete chasing new finish lines in sport and life.
