Laura Dias is the founder of Sanctuary Within Healing and a passionate Energy Healer committed to empowering individuals on their journey to self-discovery and transformation. As a Certified Huna Practitioner and conduit for higher intelligence, Laura integrates the ancient wisdom of Huna and Shamanism to guide clients toward healing by harmonizing the mind, body, and spirit.

Her approach centers on creating a sacred space where the love, light, and guidance of the spiritual realm can be accessed, allowing clients to awaken the innate wisdom within themselves. Laura’s philosophy emphasizes that healing is not about being "fixed," but rather a process of uncovering and embracing the light and intelligence that already resides within each of us.

Laura’s extensive training and certifications include Huna, Ho’oponopono, Kahi, Shamanic Arts (Munay-Ki Rites), Aqualead, Chakra Balancing, Mediumship, Tarot, and Oracle practices. Drawing from her personal journey of healing from an abusive childhood, she understands firsthand the transformative power of shifting energy and embracing self-love as a cornerstone of true well-being.

Her own awakening to the realization that pain and disharmony are calls for Universal energy and higher self-awareness profoundly shaped her life and work. This understanding allows her to connect deeply with clients, helping them access their sanctuary within and guiding them toward a higher state of consciousness.

Laura’s unique and fluid healing style is tailored to each individual, remaining open to the energies and needs of every soul. She believes that healing is an ongoing evolution and that true transformation comes through embracing the abundance of the Universe with open arms.
